Online repair booking system
We offer a first class in house jewellery repair service. All work is carried out on site by our team of skilled goldsmiths. We carry out a range of repairs from simple chain rejoins to complex ring rebuilds and meltdowns. Simply book your repair in via our online booking system paying the £10 deposit, then carefully package your item and post it out to us (we recommend Special Delivery via Royal Mail to ensure your item is insured). Once we receive your jewellery we will email you confirmation and will professionally clean and inspect your items for damage and wear and tear. You will receive an email within 48 hours with a detailed quote of all required and advised repair work, where possible we will include photos displaying the damage/wear we have noticed.
Once a quote has been accepted and paid via our online payment system Stripe. We will proceed with the repairs and complete the work in the agreed time frame. Once all work is completed we will email you a picture of your restored jewellery and arrange delivery/collection.

We carry out a range of repairs from simple watch battery replacements to full services. Simply book your repair in via our online booking system paying the £10 deposit, then carefully package your item and post it out to us (we recommend Special Delivery via Royal Mail to ensure your item is insured). Once we receive your watch we will email you confirmation and will professionally assess and inspect your items for damage and wear and tear. You will receive an email within 72 hours with a detailed quote of all required and advised repair work, where possible we will include photos displaying the damage/wear we have noticed.
